For lovers of orange; a riot of orange dahlia flowers and petals.
Bright orange on a pale apricot background (it may show as white on your screen but it isn’t).
The dahlias are grown back in West Cork, Ireland, in my mum’s garden. Dried and then posted to me.
A really fun and exuberant scarf.
Like all of my scarves this has been slowly dyed up on my roof using only the sun as a heat source, slowly and patiently letting nature do its work.
Obviously the scarf is unique.
It measures 45cm x 176cm (18” x 69”).
Pure silk with hand rolled edges.
The scarf can be washed in cool water and ironed. I usually iron on medium heat while the silk is still a little damp.
