Two very different ribbons made using the same ingredients.
One of them has big flower prints with large intense deep pink spots. It’s very dramatic.
The other is a bit quieter and I made it using fresh chamomile petals rather than the whole flowers.
It also has deep pink dots but they’re a bit smaller and scattered very randomly.
The ribbons are all approx. 2 metres long and 5cm (2”) wide.
All them are pure silk and have soft, hand frayed edges.
I collected the flowers growing on a patch of waste ground in the town.
I just collect what I need and there are thousands left for all the bees and other insects.
The ribbons are sent rolled on pegs to avoid wrinkles.
